Description of the Royal Palace, Marrakech- The chief facet of the Royal Palace, Marrakech that can be appreciated by outsiders is the main entrance which has got a shed roof above it in masonry, enshrouded in green majolica tiles. The Royal entrance stands upright in sharp contrast to the red of the walls.
The door is carved in the shape of a broken arch. The arch is embellished by geometric motifs in a decoration of white and gilded stuccoes. On either side of the door of the Royal Palace, Marrakech there are two slim pillars in white marble. The Royal palace, Marrakech is situated almost opposite to the El-Badi palace in the southernmost part of the medina.

Royal Palace, Marrakech is a place one must visit if one is ready to step back in time and be seduced by its mystery and beauty.
