The one and only official public entrance to the Karori Wildlife Sanctuary Wellington is the Karori Wildlife Sanctuary Visitor Centre. The entrance is located one end of the Waiapu Road, Karori, Wellington. Once you enter the sanctuary a well trained team of professionals will greet you to the park with the necessary information and tips about the sanctuary. The staffs will also help in buying the entry tickets to the park as well. So grab the ticket and step into the world’s first urban pest-free environment.The sanctuary contains loads of books to gain some vital knowledge about the place. You can have access to them while on the way back. The visiting hours of the sanctuary is Open every day of the year, except Christmas Day. 10am - 5pm. Last entry at 4pm.
