Belmont Regional Park Wellington

Wellington can truly be defined as a heaven on earth. The city boasts of numerous grand parks and gardens including rose gardens, begonia houses, memorial parks, observatories, and playgrounds. Belmont is the name of the suburb of Lower Hutt, to the north of Wellington. The name was given to the area because of a hill in the shape of a bell overlooking the area.
