The Jebel Akhdar in Oman stands tall at more than three thousand meters above sea level and is the highest mountain peak in the East Hajar Mountain range and is one of the highest mountains of the country. The views from the top of the mountain is breathtaking and to go to the top of the mountain a four wheeled drive is required along with a road permit since the place has lot of military installations.
