to have panache for cooking, try out this fun thing to do. The local fare gives
you coconut shell packaged treats called Kulangot ng Intsik. These are only
found in Baguio. The word Kulangot ng Intsik translates into "Chinese boogers".
Open the shells by peeling the red paper by holding it together. The brown stuff
within is a sweetened coconut milk product.
