Cagbann jetty port, which is located across the small strait, serves as the door for the visitors during most time of the year. Tambissan beach can be an alternative entry to Boracay when the weather is favorable. White Beach and Bulabog located on either side of Central Boracay are the main tourist beaches.
The four kilometer long White Beach is filled with a large number of hotels, resorts, lodging houses and is the home of a large of tourist related businesses. The Beachfront Path is the divider between the beach and the resorts. There are various several meandering roads leading to the villages and the tropical jungles. To the northern extent of the road is a bend that connects the White beach with Diniwid Beach.
Bulabog beach provides an ideal ground for several water sports. Scuba Diving, water surfing, boating and kayaking are major attraction for the aquatic sport lovers.
Boracay experiences a tropical type of climate, with a two seasonal weather - the Habagat and the Amihan. Hot and humid weather condition with frequent heavy showers and a strong west wind is the characteristic of Habagat. However, the temperature remains moderate and dry during the Amihan. Typhoons or cyclonic storm is common in this region.
