the two principal airports-the Caticlan Airport and the Kalibo Airport. Although

Kalibo Airport is located in the general area of Kalibo which is the
capital of Aklan province in the Philippines. The Air Transportation Office
of the Department of Transportation and Communications has classified this airport
as secondary, or a minor commercial domestic airport. The airport is located
at a distance of about ten minutes from the main piazza of Kalibo.

via Kalibo which is about 45 minutes away from the island. The flight from Manila
to Kalibo takes about 30 minutes. From Kalibo Airport, there are several AC
buses and vans by which you can reach Caticlan Jetty Port. Boats from this jetty
port will take you to Boracay in 15-20 minutes.
