The Geography of Saudi Arabia is an interesting amalgamation of deserts, mountains and water bodies. The country borders on the Persian Gulf and Red Sea and covers an area of about 2149690 square kilometers. Rainfall is scanty and while the days are extremely hot, the nights experience a sudden and drastic fall of temperature.
