The Singapore River Hong Bao is the festival that takes place during the 15 days prior to the Chinese Lunar Year. The Festival River Hong Bao in Singapore includes music, song and dance. To add more enjoyment and color to the festival, superb fireworks are promised for 17 nights in a row. Starting from the 15th of January 2007 the festival is scheduled to be ended on 28th of February 2007. The Singapore River Hong Bao festival starts generally in the morning at around 11 a.m.
