Busan tourism Highlights:

Busan tourism offers an interesting line up of tourist attractions in the city as Busan being is Korea’s second largest city and the third largest container port in the world. Busan Tourism includes the remarkable bygone creation is Beomeosa Temple and Geumjeong Fortress, both of which are in Busan. Busan tourism’s charm lies in the laid back feel of its beaches and coastal areas such as Teajongdae, as well as major events like the annual Busan International Film Festival (held in October) are the highlights of Busan Tourism. The main bus stations are in the northern fringes of the city, adjacent to Geumjeong Fortress and Beomeosa. Further south is Dongnae-gu hot springs; Seomyeon as city centre to the north of Nampo-dong, train stations at Jungang-dong and Jagalchi and Yongdusan Park. The majority of the beaches are to the east, with the three most popular being Gwangalli, Songjeong and Haeundae.

Main bus stations are located in the north of the city, next to Nopo-dong underground station.
Almost the whole of city is joined to the subway network, with
Line 1 north to south
Line 2 easts to west
The lines intersect at Seomyeon, the main shopping streets.
Jagalchi Station is the closest stop for market and main cinema region
If you’re on a budget, staying in Seomyeon or Dongnae would be the best thing to do.

Best way to get around in Busan:


Subways are the best way to get around in Busan.
All the places in and around Busan is linked. Avoid taxis and buses to avoid traffic jams.
Walking is best while in the city centre around Nampo-dong and Jagalchi, and north near the train station and Russian and Chinese areas.
To the west is the Gimhae International Airport.
Taxi takes half an hour to reach the city centre.
Both the International Ferry Terminal and the train station are in the centre itself.
