Theme events emphasize upon Jindueohwa. It is a unique type of event where traditional fishing scenes are showcased by the use of special kinds of light against the vividly lit up night lights and other events. The festival of Gwangalli Eobang (fisheries hall) Festival, Busan attracts more and more tourists numbering to about 100,000 tourists. There are even regular events at the festival where participants can participate. The events take place at Suyeon-gu Promotion Hall. There are exhibition of Suyeong folk culture, exhibition of sashimi dishes, decorated cakes. Women can get their face painted on the beach. Artists sitting on the beach make portraits and caricatures of the willing tourists. The cherry blossoms are marked with paper. The loom exhibition gives a hands-on looming experience to the tourists. There are folks playing fields, photo zone, cafeteria, dolphin slides and Eobang photo contests. Seafood restaurants are present at the site where the festival is taking place. The seafood restaurants comprises of seafood market and fresh fish market. A discount of 10% is given on live fish sashimi.
