This time of the year sees the Busan sky lit up in fireworks, and the people look up dazed in the festival of lights in Busan. Multi-Media Cutting-edge Marine Fireworks Festival, Busan is one such awed festival with new age fireworks as well as information technology like multimedia involved. Multi-Media Fireworks Festival, Busan is illuminated with kaleidoscopic design of fireworks with laser lighting and music across the Gwangan Bridge and the sea at night making it look magnificent. The panoramic view of the Gwangan Bridge across the sea with the fireworks on a dark night is breathtakingly witnessed by about 1 million citizens. The festival inaugurated last year to celebrate the successful hosting of the Asia Europe Meeting (ASEM) in Busan. The event is performed with a combination of fireworks, laser, special multimedia, lighting, music and IT technology, the lights creates beautiful scenery. The fireworks are set off from the Gwangan Bridge and reflect beautifully on the water. The display lasts about 45 minutes.

For a laser show laser light is used to entertain, it consists of laser beams set to a set of music.
Laser light is pleasing to the eye, and because the consistent nature of laser light causes a narrow beam to be produced, allowing the use of optical viewing of drawn patterns or images on various other surfaces including dramatic smoke or fog to it.
Gwangan Bridge
Gwangan Bridge links plaza, located at Namcheon-dong, Suyeong-gu, and Centum City around Haeundae. Gwangan Bridge is the longest across the sea duplex bridge in Korea. One can get an outstanding view of the ocean, Oryuk Islets, Mt. Hwangryeong just about the bridge, a white sandy beach, Dongbaek island, and Dalmaji hill. The Gwangan Bridge has a brilliant lighting technology, one can experience the illuminated bridge every night.
