- Gyejoksan Park in Daejeon perched on a mountain, has a Buddhist temple,
an observatory, Daecheongho (lake), mounded tomb, temple ruins and Gyejoksanseong
or the mountain fortress wall.
- Gwangro Park, one of the Daejeon Parks and Gardens, was built as a resting
place for the locals in downtown Yuseong and it spreads across four acres offering
drinking fountains, benches, a pagoda and natural stones.
- Galma Park in Daejeon offers you a soccer field, a basketball court,
badminton courts, a gateball court, a water fountain, an observatory, and rest
areas. Even cafeteria, a sports store, and an office are there in this park.
