Jeju Sculpture Park Jeju

It is adorned with 160 outstanding sculptures created by more than 100 renowned Korean artists. These sculptures depict the central theme of the park, “Meeting of Nature and Art", and "Meeting with Human Beings”. Jeju Sculpture Park presents the rich tradition of Jeju Island in an artistic way.
At the entrance of the park a traditional Hagyul tangerine tree planted in 1970 welcomes the visitors. As you proceed along the long wooded path of the Jeju Sculpture Park, Jeongmungwan, the emblem of this park comes in your way. The triangular Samgak Tower adorned with transparent glasses is another interesting feature of this park. The reflections from this triangular tower vary with the changes in weather conditions and your position.
The sky lounge of the Jeju Sculpture Park offers the spectacular views of the Mt. Sanbangsan and Mt. Hallasan. The Marado Island at the southern end of Korea can also be seen from the sky lounge of the Sculpture Park.
A family of duck swimming in the artificial lake of the Jeju Sculpture Park will surely add to your pleasure.
'Gotjawatgil' which according to the local dialect means 'path where vines and trees formed a forest, like the jungle' is a relaxing walking trail within the Jeju Sculpture Park.
The park also conducts different art-related events within its Honbat Square. The Sunday concerts based on the theme of 'Harmony of Sculpture and Music' are performed at the Plaza Performance Hall of the Park.

The Jeju Sculpture Park remains open to its visitors from 08:30 to 19:30 during summer and from 09:00 to 17:30 during winter.
