The monsoon winds get active during the months of June and remain in action till September. Winters are very chilly as the mercury drops sharply. The average temperature in the month of January lies between -7 °C to 1 °C. The conditions become very dry during the winters as the humidity level too drops sharply. Seoul experiences an average of 28 days of snow annually.
