History of the Mount Namsan, Seoul- The original name of Mount Namsan, Seoul was Mt. Ingyeong. But after king Taejo, the first king of the Joseon dynasty, moved base from Gaeseong to Seoul, it came to be known as Mount Namsan.

The rotating restaurant in the Seoul Tower provides a first-class view of Seoul. One has to embark on a cable car journey or take a walk to reach Mount Namsan, Seoul. The driving courses are also quite popular for couples. To reach the observation desk one again has to avail of the 30 second elevator ride. If you are lucky enough to have a clear day then you can see 25 miles from the Observation Desk. Those who wish to do something adventurous the best option is to explore the depths of the ocean and visit the tower's underground aquarium as well as the other museums. Mount Namsan, Seoul also makes a popular resting site.
