Yeouido Seoul
South Korea - Daegu - Incheon - Jeju - Seoul - Daejeon
Yeouido, Seoul forms the financial and economic capital of the city and the country as well. The building houses the Korea Stock Exchange and headquarters for various corporations. One can find numerous securities dealers, banks, and other financial institutions having a office or headquarters at Yeouido. The western side of the building is home to the famous National Assembly, the place famous for the politicians fight. In other words the place where the legislature functions. The place is also famed for the occasional fist fight among themselves. The eastern side of Yeouido is the grand home to the 63 Building, the house of Insurance in Korea. It is incidentally the tallest building in Korea too.
The Yeouido Plaza, an area paved in the centre of the island made out of a stretch of land which occasionally used as landing strip for airplanes. The area has been turned into a park after going through an overhaul with grass and trees. The greenery was a much needed relief for Seoul as it desperately needed the green stretch.
The bank of Han River houses a bike path and several other riverside parks, and a large outdoor stage perfect for weekly summer concerts. The stretch behind the Building 63 is the place to enjoy the fun ride of the radio controlled airplanes, helicopters, and cars.
You can enjoy the very best of food at the Yeouido. The place is home to several take-out and delivery restaurants; also you can find lots of high class and fast food restaurants.
