The Ganga Indian restaurant in the Seoul Finance Center (City Hall area) has some of the tastiest and best quality Indian food in town. There are two sister restaurants in Kangnam as well. One restaurant is near the Hyundai dept store and another one in the Star Tower.
The décor is eye-catching. The charming branch of Ganga at the Seoul finance center is medium sized and quite upscale. The main dining room has deep blue color washed walls and the space is furnished with wooden screens, tables and chairs which are typically Indian.
The menu of Ganga Indian restaurant is varied. The appetizers include samosa, chicken samosa, onion bhaji, Masala pappad. Salads like Green salad, Kuchumber salad, Seafood salad, Tandoori chicken salad are served. Soups like tomato Saar, chicken mushroom soup, corn cream soup are very tasty. Tit-bits include vegetable raita and sweet raita.
Barbecue items featured are Tandori chicken, chicken tangri kebab, Special Punjabi tikka, Chilli chicken, chicken chikori kazuwala, Geelafi Sheek Kebab, Lamb Kalbi Hussaini, Lamb Boti Kebab, Tandoori barbecue platter, Vegetable Shaslik. Others include chicken biryani, vegetable biryani, Tandoori Chilli Prawn, Tandoori Prawn etc.

Ganga is a great place to come for lunch or an early dinner if you work in the City Hall/ Kwanghwamun area. It's advisable to book in advance as it's a popular place.
