Seonginbong Peak in South Korea is a part of the Seonginbong. Seonginbong or Saint Peak derives its name from its saint like looks. It is covered with mist for more than 300 days a year. There is a footprint on the rock at the top, which is believed to belong to a general. It is a left footprint, and the right one is said to be located somewhere in the mainland.

There are many other peaks around 984m high in Seonginbong, including Hyeongjaebong, Mireuksan and Nariryeong. The top of Seonginbong is assigned as natural monument No. 189. Many rare varieties like a linden tree, beech tree and many others can be found here. Climbing course from Do-dong via Gwanmobong takes less than 3 hours, and from the top, the whole island can be seen. The view is best during wintertime. Seonginbong Peak in South Korea is located in the center of Ulleungdo Island. It is 983.6m high and other peaks of over 900m stretch out to its right and left. As the steep Seonginbong Mountain Range ends at the coastal precipice, the whole island seems like a single huge mountain.
