Granada Science Park or the Parque De Las Ceincas is one of the few places in Granada where the children will really enjoy spending a few hours. So, if you have a little one with you who are getting a little bored seeing all the museums and historical sights then give him a dose of the Granada Science Park.

The park opens at 10 am in the morning and keeps entertaining the kiddos and the grown ups alike till 7 pm in the evening. These are the timings for Tuesdays to Saturdays. On Sundays the Granada Science Park opens at the same time and closes a little bit early at 3 pm in the afternoon.

The facilities that are available in the Granada Science Park are the following:

The Granada Science Park houses four buildings, which are replete with latest scientific technologies. The park believes in making the visitors a part of the exhibition, so there are eight interactive areas where the exhibition is held.

The observation tower of the Granada Science Park is the most interesting part with experiments held about metrology, geography and astronomy. Some of the other attractions of the Granada Science Park are the astronomy garden, water games, acoustics area, pergola paths giant chess, botanical journeys, a distorted house, a plant labyrinth and waterways.

To enjoy all these things available in the Granada Science Park you need to pay EUR4.50. For entering the planetarium, there is separate cost, which is EUR2.
