SIGHTSEEING IN HUALIAN

Hualian is a county present in the province of Taiwan. It is a beautiful place and has quite a few place of sightseeing as well. Some of the popular sightseeing places of Hualian are:

The Aboriginal Festivals are a major attraction of this place. These festivals happen once in a while and they constitute of singing, dancing, drinking, eating etc. The two major tribes that are present in Hualian are the Taya and Ami tribes.

Another very popular attraction of this place is the Marble Bridge. This Bridge is made of marble and has two large marble statues of lions at both the ends of the bridge. Apart from this there are numerable small marble lions placed on either side of the bridge.

There is a very beautiful beach as well. It is called the Chishingtan Beach. It is located outside the town and is very popular amongst the tourists and visitors of this place.

Nanbin Park is another popular sightseeing place in Hualian. This park is located facing towards the beach. This is a beautiful place and has scope for walking trails and bicycle trails as well. This place has night markets as well.

The Hot Spring of Hungye is a popular tourist destination. This place is famous for the hot spring resorts that are operational in this place. This place is ideal for conducting a hot spring bath.

Eternal Springs and Eternal Spring Shrine are attractive tourist destinations as well. There are temples and the holy shrine that is present there. There are marble steps that lead up to the temples. However, due to the earthquakes, it is highly advisable to be very careful while climbing the steps as the climbing process can be very risky as well.
