The Temple of Confucius is a popular temple in Taiwan. The atmosphere of the Temple is very calm and quiet. Every year on the 28th of September, rites are performed to and carried out to celebrate and honour the birthday of Confucius. Another very popular temple is the Hsing Tien Temple. This temple worships the God of War along with other deities as well. However, the most popular temple in Taipei is the Lung Shan Temple. This temple worships different kinds of ancient gods.
The Botanical Gardens are very popular amongst the tourists and visitors of Taipei. This is a very beautiful place and consists of a lotus pond which is absolutely fascinating to view.
