Rock climbing at Raillay Beach

One of the most interesting things that you can do at Krabi is rock climbing at Raillay Beach. The beaches sports excellent cliffs that provide excellent opportunities for rock Climbing. From the docks of Krabi town, it would take you only 40 minutes to reach Raillay by boat. The rock is all limestone and with some exceptions, the rock quality is overall superb.
Features of rock climbing at Raillay Beach:
The craggy karst cliffs are the most famous rock climbing spot on the beach. There are safety bolts already drilled into the rocks and you can also take one of the full or half day courses on rock climbing offered by many clubs on the beach.
Rock Climbing at Raillay beach is graded on French scale and though there are some opportunities for beginners, the rocks are mostly steep and challenging.
