Hilltribe Villages Chiang Mai

Hilltribe Villages, Chiang Mai were formed around a century ago when hilltribe people south from China to the region. There are six major Hilltribe Villages, Chiang Mai namely Karen, the Hmong, Yao, Akha, Lisu, and the Lahu.

The main profession at Hilltribe Villages, Chiang Mai is farming, and all of them tend to migrate whenever the soil at their present location becomes unfertile. Each Hilltribe Villages, Chiang Mai have their own culture, religion, language, art, and dress.
