The Nam Restaurant, Chiang Mai

Though every dish prepared at the restaurant is just superb but some of the most delicious and the popular dishes of the restaurant are Hor D'oervres Muang, the Zai Oua, which is a sausage made up of spices like lemon grass, parsley root, garlic, kafir lime, red shallots and is eaten along with spring onion leaves. The menu also includes boiled vegetables, pork rind as well as the sauce made up of crushed pork.
