There are innumerable beautiful sights to see and places to visit in Krabi, be it the world-famous Phi Phi Island or the carefree ambience of Koh Lanta, or the enormous karst theatre of Pha Nga bay, or the Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Sua) in Krabi, we have covered it all. Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Sua), Krabi is located 3 km north of Krabi town. The best way to reach here is by a taxi or the local tuk-tuks, though they look like quite a bumpy ride. On arriving at the temple location, the first feeling that you will get is that the area sprawls into different sections. Here you can see the actual Tiger Cave with the Temple attached and the opportunity to see Buddha's footprint. To see Buddha's footprint, you have to hike up to the top of the mountain. A total of 1300 steps have to be climbed to reach the top. In case you have thoughts about climbing to the top, do not hesitate as the panoramic view of the rubber tree plantations, mountain formations, and the beaches of the Krabi area from the top is an apt reward for those who do come here. At the Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Sua), Krabi visitors pay homage at the pagoda and a sitting Buddha.
