You can reach Tup Island by taking a long tail boat from Ao Nang Beach as it is a cheaper (half the price) option to the speed boat tours that are also offered by all the agencies.

Tup Island's most popular feature is its wand bar, which is a Y-shaped stretch of sand that's connects Tup to two other islands. It is a good location for snorkeling, and many tour operators offer snorkeling tours to the island. On a warm sunny day, you can find a number of tourists swimming as well.
