The Gibbon Rehabilitation Center in Phuket attracts the tourists from all over the world. The Gibbons live in the rainforests of Thailand. During the early years these Gibbons though are amiable yet later on they become aggressive and so they are killed. In order to conserve these gibbons the Gibbons Rehabilitation Center in Phuket was formed. The gibbons are conserved here in their natural habitat. The Gibbon Rehabilitation Center is to conserve the gibbons. Constructed under the Gibbon Rehabilitation Project it is a research division that protects the wild animals. Built in the year 1990 it helps to send the domesticated gibbons back into their natural habitat. Mostly started by Europeans, in the Gibbon Rehabilitation Project they are the ones who take care of these animals. Located near the Bang Pae Waterfall in Phuket in Thailand this park mostly runs on the generosity of the visitors. Phuket Gibbon Rehabilitation Center helps to domesticate these animals though getting them back to the wild is very difficult. The Gibbon Rehabilitation Center remains open from 10-00 A.M. to 4.00P.M. To save the poaching of gibbons this Conservation Park has helped a lot. The donation of the tourists as well as buying T-shirts will also help the project of rehabilitation of Gibbons.
