Located just a bit to the south of the Tropic of Cancer, Phuket and much of Thailand epitomizes the Tropical climate that adds a special charm to a trip to Phuket. The period between November to March make up the cold season, or winter in Phuket, which, are mild and extremely pleasant. This is definitely the best time to plan a tour to Phuket.
