The city of Hue is basically famous for its magnificent historical sites. Tourists heading for there generally have an intention of getting an experience of this Vietnamese city's glorious past. There are so many places in Hue are historical sites and must be preserved. Copper Bell and Bronze Drum, Hue is one of those sites. Copper Bell and Bronze Drum can be located just outside the wall of the Citadel. Bronze drums with stylized sculpture presenting the image of people and animals on top are among the earliest known Vietnamese archaeological artifacts. They can properly be recognized as the country's heraldic symbol. However, strangely enough, the ornamental pattern is similar to that of objects found from Myanmar to Indonesia. This suggests cultural exchange or even a general familial root.
