Good for budget traveller with reasonable cleaness.

| "Positive points: modern room, big flat screen TV, internet connection, clean and well-equipped bathroom. Perfect location in central Ankara with many restaurants and shops around.
Negative points: the room was too small!!! I would expect a bigger room from a 4 star hotel. The room service was not good, I wanted to order from the "night menu" but they said "the kitchen was closed". I ordered a 75 cl bottle of red wine and they served me a 37,5 cl! The room cleaning during the day was less than satisfying, the bed was hardly made, and one morning i found myself without coffee. I had to call the reception 3 times and wait 40 minutes before it was delivered. The hotel boasts about having a "fitness center", it consists of 3 treadmills in a dark basement! Although the TV was nice, it almost only showed Turkish channels and no more than 2-3 channels in English. The breakfast buffet was not very exciting and coffee was sometimes hard to get by.
My final conclusion is that this hotel looks nice on the facade but service was poor!" |

| "The hotel is located in an excellent area! Service was good. Cafe was very good. One suggestion is to p[rovide Wi-Fi in all rooms. It was not very comvenient to come down to the lobby or the Cafe for Internet. " |
