Orient Express Hotel, Istanbul

Orient Express Hotel Istanbul was built in 2000. This brand new hotel opened only in late 1999 and provides excellent value for money in this ideal location. Guests can also take advantage of the small swimming pool situated in the basement; a unique feature in this area of the city.
The medium sized lobby is very attractively decorated in traditional Turkish style with some ornamental art. To the rear of the lobby is a bar which was constructed to resemble a carriage from the traditional 'Orient Express' train. This is a traditional Ottoman style building in keeping with the surrounding houses. Thoughtfully restored, the hotel was formerly a private residence.
