| "Grand Continental Flamingo made our stay in Abu Dhabi very pleasent. The staff were very very polite, helpful and friendly. They were espeacially helpful in allowing us to use the hotel's services the night before we even checked in, even though they couldn't give us a room. We were very thankful for this. Everything was clean and tidy. The food was excellent. Breakfast was great. I would gladly stay at this hotel again." |

| "Had a pleasant stay with the hotel, however, the advertised facilities, like swimming pool is not available for this particular hotel, which we had looked forward to in anticipation of our vacation.

| "Well we have been there - appointed as beeing "just married" (donīt know where or if there was a difference in treating us!).
We arrived there (in mid of July - really NOT HIGH SEASON!) at 3 pm in the afternoon: and the room wasnīt ready!!!!!
Hey, check-out is at 12.00 oīclock!!! (this was the first we were told!!)
there wasnīt many guests - so: why did we have to wait???
We had to wait mord than 30 minutes!!!!!
Not very funny, being on the road all the day in that heat and than have to stay and wait at the check-in counter for more than half an hour!!!!
our reservation was made more than a week before!!
service: zero points!!!
we than also had a big wet fresh place on the floor in our room (buketfull of water???)
we didnīt want to call reception to change the room, cause we were sure it would have been half an hour again till we can go to an other room.
and - as i said: we were appointed as "just married couple" and the ladys second question (after: check-out tomorrow is at 12.00) was: would you like 2 separate beds????
uuuuhhh.... gush! stopp talking, lady!!!
Abu Dhabi was a nice place - the Hotel is no one to come back again!!

| "During my stay at this hotel I think every think was okey. I do not have any relevant complain about the facilities or similar one. Also, the services is very good. The bathroom size looks a little small but confortable. Onle one suggestion: I think there will be an Iron into the room. When we travel our cloth always arrive in bad condition." |

| "Positive: Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Furniture acceptable.
Good view and near the park
Negative:
The carpet was extremely dirty that we did not feel like working in the room without any shoes on. Despite the fact that we requested to be changed to new room we still had the same dirty carpet problem. Since we so tired from jetlag, so we just gave up.
Pillows seem very well used, very hard and flat. We ask for new ones and they did not have any new ones so they just stuff two pillows in one pillow case.
Internet wireless accessed was extremely slow (54kpm), it took nearly forever to read any email. We do not recommended for business stay.
