At the outset I would like to thank you for your interest and concern also tell you that this is not the first time that this hotel was held in the palace as I like to call the hotel wonderful and quiet despite the short term for which you are both just how much you wish to drag on. Reception was beautiful and sublime service as well as cars limousine service for hotel guests In conclusion, please accept my compliments and thanks.

| "Very good location if you want to stay away from the traffic jams of Dubai. The hotel is near to two big shopping centers and the access to other malls and facilities is easy. Nice roof top swimming Pool in open air. Hotel provides a free service to the beaches and the Gold Market. Limousine services are very good. Services were not to the level we expected but were acceptable despite some delays. Nearby international small restaurants makes it easy to have a taste of different styles. Quiet area good for those who are looking to spend quiet nights. The Disco within the premises of the hotel does not match the style of the hotel, a teenager Disco rather. As a result, it is a good place to stay at." |

| "your staff, food, service and accommodation were all perfect, however we were very disappointed to be kept awake both nights by the noise of the disco which went on until 3.00am. we had to get up at 5.00am to catch our flight so it meant that we haad very little sleep as we had gone to bed early on the saturday night but had been unable to sleep due to the constant thud, thud thud and this was on the executive suite level so can't imagine what it must have been like lower down!" |

| "Excellent hotel for business or leisure, facillities for businessmen are excellent, high speed internet in all rooms. Location is not central however, it is close to some of Dubai's best nightlife. Service and food are good, staff are extremely helpful. I am looking forward to staying again." |
