| "General cleaniness and facilities are OK.
Please take the following comments as areas of improvement:
1) Should have run the aircon on low cooling before check-in to precool the room and prevent foul odour. It is very unpleasant to be greeted with foul odour when first entering the room
2) To improve on the door and door lock system. Occupier had to slam shut or push open in order to close/open the door and to turn the key many times to lock / open it. Creating uneccessary noise and inconvenience if one's hands are full.
3) The throbing sound and vibration in the nightclub could be felt and heard till the early hours of the morning." |

| "You get what you pay for, that said it was o.k. for my purpose of spending the night to catch a connecting flight the next day. Try to stay at the higher level floors to avoid the night time noises. Confirm shuttle to airport to avoid disappointment and don't except much for breakfast and you won't be disappointed. They did grant me late check out till 6 PM which was a nice perk, thanks!" |
