| "Perfect beach and pool!
The poolbar (the bar in the pool) was not
very fresh, and the staff was not very quick.
But overall it was great!" |

| "The staff was polite but not very welcoming. We were interuppted several times throughout the day by various service people who either knocked a mere second before just coming into the room without waiting to see if it was clear to enter or they simply didn't not knock at all. Even after informing them that services were not needed they still made attempts to try to come into the room via the main door and side door. Most annoying...
Breakfast did not have much variety but there were certain elements that were a nice touch... I've seen much better...
The room was clean as was the bathroom. Everything was modern and typical.
We have no plans to return." |

| "Great staff who were all well versed in true guest Hospitality. The food nad beverage were of the highest standard in keeping with a 5* hotelier.
SADLY !!! Internet access.
Most backpacker places offer free WiFi!
In the 21st Century I expect free wifi access to be included especially in an upmarket establishment. At nearly $30 US / day they are making it a profit centre not a service. I don't pay per shampoo used or hours the Air Con is on. Come on lets get real.

| "Nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very good Chinese on first floor. Only down side, a lot of building going on at the moment. Taxis cheap. Would recommend to a friend" |

| "The hotel wasn't worth 5*hotel name, I have no idea for what reason it was given. Hotel surrounding was just a big construction site, everywhere dusty...The toilets by the pool were smelly. The hotel was using dirty beach towels, when we complained about that, the staff said,if you don't like, just write a complain. The breakfast was the same all the time, so after 2 weeks, it was nothing to eat.Around the pool was mould. The welcoming fruit platter were in the room for 1 week, with some putrescent ftuit.I will never ever again stay in Sheraton!" |

| "We had a lovely time. Every thing was absolutely perfect. A really relaxing holiday which is what we were looking for. Definitely would go back - have been recommending it to friends! The only tiny problem we had was the pool bar service - very hard to get the attention of the bar man. But this would in no way deter us from returning. thanks for everything." |
