| "The pool is large and nicely chilled. Even though the hotel was booked out the pool area and sun loungers were not overcrowded. I'd suggest getting to breakfast a little early if the hotel is booked out as it was very busy and hectic at last orders. The burgers at the pool bar are really good as is the food at the Asian Fusion restaurant. Staff were lovely. Couldn't fault the room... I think all rooms have a balcon looking out over the (or open out towards) pool area or beach. Water pressure not the best. Overall a very pleasant stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends." |

| "The style of the hotel (arabic buildings) provided a differnce to the normal high rise hotel and gave a feel of a spacious and friedly hotel.
The staff were extremely courteous and the food in all three restaurants was very good.
Pool and beach area were spacious but beach area may be too small when hotel is full.
Generally a very good experiance." |

| "This is an absolutely magnificent hotel. The staff were polite and willing to assist at all times.
The buffet breakfast is a feast!
The rooms are luxurious and comfortable.
The pool area and beach are clean and tidy at all times, with comfortable loungers.
The only thing we would mention is about the location, beautiful, but no local town to walk to if you like a stroll out. Only the hotel grounds which are lovely." |

| "Positives: The hotel itself has a very traditional feel about it with very friendly staff who are always willing to assist, the pool is large and has a restaurant next to it. an additional cold pool inside the gym is a alternative to the extreme heat outside.
The room itself was pleasant with nice views and the arabic restaurant served delicious food.
Negatives: the tiles around the pool were very slippery, many children fell, one kid bumped his head quite badly. The pool outside should be colder in the summer.
the restaurant prices are too high
the tar/oil on the beach is really unpleasant, it get on your shoes and feet and is difficult to remove.
Otherwise a very pleasant experience " |

| "This is a wonderful hotel. The service was amazing and the food at the Italian restaurant over-looking the pool was 'out of this world'. Great breakfast selection and a beautiful pool area. Would definitely go back!" |

| "We booked through asiarooms.com a month prior to our stay. Even then we were told by the hotel, they didn't have any of our preferences and requested as per our booking made on the said site. It was a bit of an annoyance, we were given two single beds, instead of a king double and were made to change our room! Also, no one from Miramar was kind enough to assist us and we walked all the way to the other side of the resort with our bags.
Apart from the 'warm' welcome we received, we had a relatively lovely stay. The beach was beautiful and clean as was the pool. The hotel outlets could do with more variety for vegetarians but what we did manage to find on the menu was delicious!
I would recommed this hotel to anyone who's looking for a break. The hotel is perfectly nestled with a back drop of mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Simply beautiful! " |
