| "We have stayed here many times and find it perfect for our needsThe staff are all extremely helpful and polite,the food is tasty and plentiful,especially if you are on the AI package,the beachclub is an oasis away from the city.It`s a very clean and safe bathing area as well as being a lovely spa too.
The hotel itself is in the city area of RAK which is handy for shopping as the Manar Mall is only a 10 minute walk." |

| "I was given misleading information on the phone regarding the cost of transport to and from Dubai Airport. The day before my travel I was told by hotel staff that this cost was included in my booking fee. However, on arrival at the hotel I found that the person I spoke to had clearly looked up my details incorrectly, and assumed that I was on one of the many all-in packages, which did include the transfer cost. My booking did not cover this, and I was charged Dhm 250 for a one way transfer. For the return journey I arranged a local taxi to make the journey for Dhm 150, so the hotel is clearly overcharging for this service. Despite this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much." |

| "Having stayed in Dubai wanted to try another state in the UAE.For a do nothing holday RAK and the Hilton is great,the beach club is superb and only 5 minutes away by hotel shuttle bus.Hotel is typical Hilton style but service,variety of food,cleanliness,first class.Many people in hotel from Germany,Italy, on all inclusive we were on BB only but suited us fine.Al a carte menu very good also buffet.Hilton beach club apartments look great but cost more than main hotel.Weather superb but humidity starts to rise in June onwards.Town centre 10 mins walk nothing special but water only 20p litre (esential).Plenty of day trips available and hotel runs free shuttle to Dubai twice a week.
We have visited Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Quatar but RAK is one of the best.Only complaint of hotel was the cost of water, manager informed,and hotel pool needed a few tiles repaired." |
