Absolutely!
I booked this hotel as a surprise trip for my boyfriend, He was never to know where we where staying but he found out from my mam as he wanted to propose to me. He got in contact with Sally the Duty manager who went well out of her way to make it the most special and beautifull surpise. She helped him get the room ready with flowers and champagne and strawberrys, She had let the reception staff now it was a surprise so they didnt give anything away. She also visted us straight after to check everything was OK and issued us with keys to the executive lounge and then booked us into the most fabulous chinese for dinner and then into a VIP bar. This made this amazing day even more amazing.
