


Originally farm cottages The Jolly Farmer became a pub in 1835 and retains it's true country atmosphere. Martin and Cilla O'Grady have been operating the Jolly Farmer since 1983, in the belief that true hospitality should be a place where visiters can relax and enjoy the finest traditions of eating and drinking.Great pride is taken in offering quality food and wine, a large selection of real ales, premium beers and lagers as well as an exceptional and friendly service. The Jolly Farmer has a relaxed and enjoyable 'Country Inn' atmosphere where traditional old fashioned values are never forgotten.We have accommodation for both business and pleasure; all rooms being semi en-suite, centrally heated with colour television, radio alarm and a welcome hospitality tray. A glorious Farmers English Breakfast is always served or maybe something lighter if you prefer. Breakfast meetings are also catered for; a time efficient way to discuss important business issues before your day begins.
