| "The hotel is in a suitable location with walkable distances to the cable car. The bell desk is most helpful with everything you need. However the room was very small and a bit run down. The bathroom was tight for space - could barely stand two. No exhaust fan or vents, they ran out of toothbrushes and toothpaste. The drainage system didn't work well in the bathtub. The alarm clock time was wrongly set. " |

| "The personal service was not what I would have expected from the reservations and front desk personnel. I realize that I got a good deal through asia rooms, but the rooms on the internet looked a lot different in size and design. The accomodations were basic and besides the location I would probably not stay there again." |

| "The room size is definitely smaller than expected. Nevertheless the rooms are kept clean and well ordered. There is a gift shop that also provides rental car service. It was unexpected to be charged at a higher rate for things sold at the gift shop (e.g. postal stamps). In general the hotel is situated at a slightly further distance from main tourist attractions (e.g. Pier39). It is within walking distance of many places, and there are buses, or cable cars that are relatively nearby." |

| "the strongest point of the hotel is its location which is central. however, the rooms are ordinary. the mini bar was empty, the coffee tea machine hardly worked and i had no help with my luggage. if i restay it would only be because of the location" |

| "The hotel is in a good position and the room is clean. The cable cars and trolley buses are right outside the hotel and thats very convenient for getting around. The down side is a lot of down and outs hang around the area begging. " |
