| "The personal service was not what I would have expected from the reservations and front desk personnel. I realize that I got a good deal through asia rooms, but the rooms on the internet looked a lot different in size and design. The accomodations were basic and besides the location I would probably not stay there again." |

| "The room size is definitely smaller than expected. Nevertheless the rooms are kept clean and well ordered. There is a gift shop that also provides rental car service. It was unexpected to be charged at a higher rate for things sold at the gift shop (e.g. postal stamps). In general the hotel is situated at a slightly further distance from main tourist attractions (e.g. Pier39). It is within walking distance of many places, and there are buses, or cable cars that are relatively nearby." |

| "the strongest point of the hotel is its location which is central. however, the rooms are ordinary. the mini bar was empty, the coffee tea machine hardly worked and i had no help with my luggage. if i restay it would only be because of the location" |

| "The hotel is in a good position and the room is clean. The cable cars and trolley buses are right outside the hotel and thats very convenient for getting around. The down side is a lot of down and outs hang around the area begging. " |
