"This is only one 5 star hotel in Caracas! Very clean and Breakfast is great. Only nobody can exchange your money. It's illegal in Venezuela to exchange in hotel (only by national bank). Such a stupid situation! So, you have to do it in 3 stars hotels. Cashmashine is not very easy to use to. I would not recommend to stay more than 3 days in Caracas anyway."
