Ana Mandara Villas Dalat was opened on late 2006. The villas consists of charmingly, restored, French colonial villas, which are nestled in 35 acres of parkland, in the rural highlands of Dalat. The villas retain the unique personalities of their original owners while being lovingly restored to their former glory, with all care taken to preserve original design, decor and charm. Ana Mandara Villas Dalat are in well converted buildings, and have original antique items and fittings. On request, guests can enjoy breakfast served on their villa terrace. Leisure facilities available include a La Cochinchine Spa which offers a range of treatments. This is an ideally perfect place for spend your vacation time in Dalat, Vietnam. The 65 room resort, restaurant and spa set in the rural highlands of Dalat, Vietnam comprises seventeen fully restored French colonial villas each originally constructed between the 1920's and 1930's. As each villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, your host can easily arrange romantic candlelit dinners in the villa dining room or on your own private balcony.Group Barbeques or dinners also provide an alternative dining experience, particularly if travelling with friends, or getting away for a small group meeting with the top executives.Your service host will be able to prepare almost any desire from a simple pot of freshly roasted Dalat Coffee, through to house made pastries & cookies or more substantial dishes such as pasta or cheese platters at any time of the day or night. The house selection of locally grown coffee and tea, through to individual wine cellars and our spirit range is a gourmand's dream. 'Le petit Dalat' Restaurant : 'Le petit Dalat' is our signature restaurant. Best described as 'fine dining with the top button undone' the restaurant serves modern European inspired cuisine, a stellar wine list and professional service within a heritage setting. There are daily specials and also a Degustation menu is frequently offered. Catering only for 50 guests, 'Le petit Dalat' is worthy of advanced reservations. A private dining room for up to 12 guests is also available. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Bar Nine : Bar Nine is a classic take on a European 'hole in the wall' wine bar. Located above 'Le petit Dalat' , this small intimate space serves a new world tapas menu and a great selection of wine by the glass. Two large communal dining tables capture attention within a cosy, dark wooden frame design. Our two walk in wine cellars capture attention, not just for their contents; while the small balcony tables are a must at sunset - but we suggest that you arrive early! Open from midday until midnight daily. The Courtyard : The Courtyard has been created underneath the large pine treest - forming a row of large umbrellas with views of the surrounding countryside. The Courtyard is also the place for our cooking demonstrations. This is a great place during the daytime for a coffee and a sandwich, or just a quick fresh and healthy juice before heading to the La Cochinchine Spa or discovering personal treasures in our retail store. Open from 8am until 6pm daily.
