| "Hotel is in need of refurbishment - carpet had seen better days, mattress stiff. Lighting in room very dim, looks so gloomy. Waiting at the lobby for co travellers and saw something zooming very fast in my direction and yak it's a rat!

| "Location by nice beach area with balconies looking out over the bay. 5min walk one way into main part of town and 15min walk the other way to boat terminal. Large rooms, average breakfast. " |

| "The room overlooking the beautiful bay was clean and extremely spacious. The toilet had a bathtub and good housekeeping. A welcome fruit and coffee was on the table. Hot water was already in the flask. There were two queen size bed in the room. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodated our late breakfast request on two occasions. Will recommend to others." |

| "Hard to fault this place, really. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were courtious and helpful. Views were great and the value for money would be about right. I'd stay there again." |

| "The room was OK, the location not too bad, but the service was very very very bad. They propose me to book a day cruise at halong bay. They charged me 15 usdollars for a ticket they bought for 2 dollars at the harbour. Moreover I gave some laundry and they charged me 130 000 dongs for 2 t shirts and 2 pairs of socks. This is simply thefts. I will never recommand this hotel. " |

| "The hotel was right for our requirements. The staff were most helpful and willing to please. Room service was excellent. The breakfast food was of good quality with plenty of choice." |

| "The location was good and we had a room overlooking the bay. Great view. The rooms were very clean and a good size. Reception staff were very helpful. This was a convenient location for access to the small restaurants and the water front. The hotel restaurant was clean and the breakfast good. We did not spend much time in the hotel because we came to the area for the trip on the beautiful bay. If we came to the area again we would certainly consider staying in this hotel." |
