"Large tall modern hotel up steep drive. We stayed in villa room up steep hill again. Good view from restaurant overlooking bay. Hotel located at bay furthest end from centre but opposite water puppet theatre. Hotel good for price but do not use restaurant's for dinner, food awful."

"The villa price is good but it is not what I expect the kind of villa, kind of disappointed. I willing to pay higher price to stay at the main building. The check out take too long, our group of 20 people was waiting in the bus for more than 30 mins. First they said they can not find the remote control, missing bottle waters, ect.. than they said they find it at the end, poor communication between the housekeeper. "

"I was staying in the villa room due to special price but I was kind of disappointed, it is not the villa that i expected but for that price, it is ok. I should have pay a little more to upgrade to mail building & with ocean view. The service is ok, the check out process is taking too long."

"WORST Hotel in vietnam. I thought i was fortunate when i booked a 4star room using this website for only 29US$ however when i checked in they informed me that all standard rooms were booked already and that only delax was available they then asked for more money 98US$ infact, as i had my confirmation printout already i said no the rooms paid for, and they agreed and stated OK (there english skills were terrible)the bellboy will take you to your room, we followed the bellboy who proceeded out of the hotel and walked 60metres up a hill to what i believe was staff quarters this room was terrible the shower had hotwater for only 2 minutes (no exzaggeration) room service you couldnt order as we were to far from the hotel to deliver it the TV only had 2 english channels, no views, the worlds hardest bed, this hotel is a alround shocker avoid at all costs...!"

"Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The staff spoke english. The room was nice and clean, with a nice view of the bay. Only downsides to the hotel... let the water run in the shower awhile, and the brown color will go away."

"Never had such a fascinating view from the balcony(Sea facing). Even slepping on the bed, you can havee a clear view of Halong Bay, the breath taking beauty. Hotel staff quite polite and mean business. Breafast room on 14th floor is a treat to eyes. Overall I recommend this should be the best place to go for vacation."
