I did not like how the staff was pushy about its tour packages and then the impolite manner I was treated when I wasn't interested in its overpriced options. My questions were ignored when I wanted clarification and when I asked about local information, the staff just walked away and wouldn't help me. To make it worse, the check-out process was bad, too. If I hadn't have been prepared with how much to pay I would have been overcharged. Needless to say I was not impressed by this poor demonstration of lack of hospitality skills and it tarnished my first impression of my first visit to Vietnam. Hotel is very narrow, not convenience for walking and not clean as they have said on internet. Pictures of rooms are also different. I will not recommend this hotel ever to anyone. " |
