| "Good upper middle class Hotel at good value
Nice bar, nicely decorated but impossible to use as loudness of band or music killing western ears, absolutely impossible to carry on a conversation at bar or bar table. Regrettable" |

| "We were very happy with the Guoman. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Very happy with the rooms they were lovely, breakfast was great!
The location was wonderful - we walked everywhere.
We would definitely stay here again" |

| "The staff at the reception were not friendly indeed . I can't see a smile on their face . ( Both men & women ) .
The buffet breakfast was very ordinary . The food variety was very limited .
The taxi which I have booked the night before ( with the reception counter ) did not turn up at all .I had checked out at about 4.10 am to catch the 7am flight to HCMC. The officer and the reception has no iniative . I had to tell him to call another taxi company since the 1st one did not turn up or responded to our continous phone call .
It was not a big problem but least I expect a 4 star hotel to fumble on such a small arrangment .
