| "Due to a delayed flight, we arrived exhausted, well after the hotel was closed. We were expected and welcomed by the night porter, everything was dealt with perfectly, and we were shown to a charming room. This hotel is in the centre of town and yet perfectly quiet, with a charming restaurant which is a haven of peace in the middle of a chaotic city. The facilities in the hotel are as good as any 4 star hotel and staff are both helpful and charming." |

| "Room 904 was quite small and we needed to take stairs from floor 8 to 9. Cleaning staff room next door, noise started early morning.
They improved breakfast compared to last stay Feb 2008.
Location very good and friendly staff." |

| "Well decorated room that was clean and comfortable. Good service from staff. Breakfast choice was limited - go for breakfast early if you want things to be warm. Location was very good in the Hanoi old quarter, with many restaurants just 10 mins walk away. The rooms are located on a split level, which means that you will have to climb stairs with luggage, regardless of what floor you are located on (unless you are in a suite). " |

| "The main thing about this hotel was the staff. It was the first place we visited in Vietnam where the staff spoke good Enlgish and were very polite and always helpful. Our first room was not very nice and when we asked to move they accomodated us as soon as they could and moved us to a much nicer room. " |
