"My husband and I stayed at the Hong Ngoc 5 in March this year. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quite new and pleasant but quite small so if you want a large room this is not the place for you. It is a long way from the Old Quarter and you need to catch taxis to get to the centre of town. The plus side of this is that it is much quieter. It is also a short walk from an interesting local market and Sword Lake."
